Are there any processing charges for an image selection?

No! Every digital image selection is customized for you. In order to fulfill your wishes in accordance with the supplied data in a professional manner, every office provides a team of experienced image documentarians to handle your request. For composing your image selection and for the required time, no processing costs are charged. For analogue image selections Euro 10,-- service fees and Euro 15,-- courier service fees will be charged.

The utilization fees charged for the use of an
image are determined by:

- Number of copies
- Placement
- Size of presentation
- Period/term of utilization
- Area of circulation

How quickly do I get the images?

As quickly as you want. Via our ISDN hotline express we are able to immediately transfer the selected image data in the desired resolution. Via city courier in Frankfurt, Hamburg and Vienna within a few hours. By overnight courier you will get the image no later than 11 am the next day. And if you are the user of the APIS image database you can download the images online in high resolution from our database.

Why do I have to provide proof of image when utilizing an image?

The author of the image (photographer) is legally entitled to a copyright statement, the mention of her/his name, whenever one of her/his images is used. As image agency we are obliged by our photographers to check compliance with this legal claim.
