Slow down consciously

Many do qigong or yoga, hike through the forest, feel at one with nature or find fulfilment in their garden. Or they simply close their eyes, feel the warm rays of the sun on their face or damp grass and cool earth under their bare feet. Everyday life with its challenges blurs. Time seems to stand still. We are completely with ourselves and perceive our body in a new way.
