The photographs of the Spanish landscape and nature photographer David Santiago are widely known, mainly thanks to the author's remarkable artistic and journalistic skills. He began taking photographs at the age of 16 and has since travelled to over 90 countries with the sole obsession of capturing fascinating images of the natural world. David Santiago is also fascinated by the different forms of expression of human life, and so far he has published over 500 photo reportages in numerous renowned Spanish and international magazines such as Traveler, GEO, Viajes Nacional Geographic or Lonely Planet. His unique photographs also illustrate several large-format books and have been exhibited in the Museum of Natural Sciences in Madrid. David Santiago has produced various photographic and video works for the European Union. He is a member of PorfolioNatural.com and has taught at the FotoNature workshops and the photo project "Un año de fotografía". At present, he continues his collaborations in the publishing sector and with the Ministry of the Environment and several NGOs such as WWF/Adena and Habitat CBD.
